The Filipina CEO Circle (FCC) is an organization of Filipino CEOs bound together by a common Interest: women, the workplace and the will to lead.
We are focused on encouraging Filipinos in the workplace to achieve their full potential and pursue their ambitions to head and lead the organization they belong to.
We aim to help these aspiring women leaders by giving them the confidence and know-how to achieve their goals. We are committed to offering them the ongoing inspiration and support to achieve their career aspirations.
The FCC today has 40 active members representing different industries. These Filipina CEOs rose through the ranks via meritocracy and now hold the top positions in local and multinational companies in the Philippines.
The FCC currently offers a mentoring program for the free flow and exchange of ideas and experiences as well as educational Fora, seminars and lectures in partnership with industry experts such as the Asian Institute of Management, John Clements Consultants, Harvard Business Publishing and Zenger Folkman.
A series of work and life-related workshops tailored for career women are being planned. FCC members are headlining the 2015 Legacies of Women Forum Philippines which is the opening activity for the APEC Women and the Economy Forum.
